Last year, I got to go on the first major trip/vacation, and of course being so in love with style and fashion, what better place to go to than New York!
I got to see my first Broadway Musical, Wicked! Visit the major tourist spots like Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and shopping in SoHo and 5th Aveune.

At the time I worked at Sunglass Hut and they had just opened their Flagship Store in Times Square and had heard so many things about how unique and beautiful it was, and the ever popular, first of its kind, Eye Candy Vending Machine!
I also HIGHLY recommend anyone visiting NY to go eat at Ellen's Stardust Diner! Best experience, that my sister and I ended up going twice cause we couldn't get enough. Made famous by the singing waitresses and waiters trying to get their way on Broadway (like Rachel on Glee). The food is excellent and the vibe is fun and enigmatic.
Last but not least, the shopping... Oh my god, the shopping. Coming from Winnipeg, MB in Canada, there isn't a whole lot of "good" shopping since the city hasn't exactly caught up to "fashion" world yet. So yes, I shopped my heart and my wallet out... Plus I got my first "Little Blue Box" from Tiffany&Co.
I can't wait to go back. There are so many things I didn't get to experience/see since NY is HUGE. Hoping it won't be too long into the future for the next visit.
